Stanislav Yordanov
Originally from Bulgaria where he studied Molecular and Applied Biotechnology. He moved to Germany in Aachen for his Master degree in RWTH.
He started to work at Mosa Meat because he wanted to make a change and to be among the pioneers in a field that will transform the food industry.
Stanislav’s responsibilities in CAS are process design and finding solutions for sustainable scale-up of cultured meat production.
Besides his work, he likes woodworking and training.
