Originally from Czechia, she has a bachelor’s degree in biology. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry in manufacturing and quality control departments in Iceland. 

She spent one year traveling and volunteering in ecological/educational projects in Europe and Asia before joining Mosa Meat and then CAS. She chose this company because she wanted to be part of a great project and learn new things. 

Iveta’s responsibilities in CAS are mainly media preparation and cell cultivation but she’s also assisting in quality tasks and environmental monitoring.

During her free time, Iveta likes to travel and learn about new cultures. She’s really interested in coffee and beer brewing and she also likes to spend time outside in nature, climbing, hiking and diving.
