Originally from France, she studied Endocrinology and Metabolism in Paris and worked 4 years on liver organoids from human primary cells and human iPSCs. With her background in 3D cell culture and differentiation, Celine wanted to use her scientific knowledge for the environment and animal cause so she decided to move to The Netherlands and work on the Cultivated meat at Mosa Meat on the fat differentiation. 

After a total of 6 years in R&D, Celine decided to learn more about production and scale up so she started to work in the production team of Mosa Meat and then CAS. 

Celine’s responsibilities are working on the 2D and 3D proliferation and differentiation in bioreactors. Celine wanted to learn even more so she’s also supporting the Marketing of CAS company.

During her free time, Celine likes to learn languages so even if she’s French, she can speak English, Japanese and Korean. She also created a tea company so she can exchange her knowledge with you about Japanese and Korean tea.

If Celine is not working or learning new things, you can find her in a farm playing with animals or riding horses !
