Anna Tsunskaia
Originally from Russia, she studied Biopharmaceuticals, especially monoclonal antibodies and viral vector drugs but also Horticultural Engineering.
She wanted to start her journey in Cultivated food and be part of a breakthrough that is about to happen!
Anna’s responsibilities in CAS are to ensure a work environment following all the quality aspects. She facilitates aseptic work, good documentation practices and guides everybody in everything about cleanroom behavior. She’s also running all parts of the production process.
During her free time, Anna likes salsa and other social dances. She also has forest survival skills that include good knowledge of edible and poisonous mushrooms !
